under the laws of of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
"Product" refers to any services and goods that are delivered to the customer in line with their order by
bluecrownbooks.com.
"Order" refers to a request by a customer to buy goods or services from bluecrownbooks.com by phone or
email. Down Payments through check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer are
required to finalize orders.

You are buying the Product for your exclusive use by completing the Order and/or payment. There are no explicit or implied guarantees and no refunds for any products. Before placing any Order and/or payment to this website, You are required to read these Terms and Conditions.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy Statement
All services provided by bluecrownbooks are customized, intellectual, and labor-intensive in nature. As such, all sales are considered final once work has commenced, subject to the limited refund provisions outlined below. By purchasing any service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
2. Definitions
- “Client” refers to the author or individual/entity purchasing services.
- “Services” include, but are not limited to, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, ghostwriting, marketing, ISBN registration, and distribution.
- “Deliverables” refer to any drafts, files, designs, manuscripts, or reports produced.
- “Commencement of Work” occurs when any of the following takes place:
- o Assignment of staff
- o Initial research or planning
- o Draft creation
- o Design concepts or outlines shared
3. Cooling-Off Period
Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase only if:
- No work has commenced, and
- No deliverables, drafts, consultations, or onboarding materials have been provided.

- • Non-refundable: Administrative fees, consultations, onboarding costs
- • Refund Eligible: Up to 30%
- • Determined at company’s discretion based on completed work

- • Missed payments may result in project suspension without refund
- • Cancellation under a payment plan does not relieve the Client of outstanding balances for work already completed

- • May lead to legal action and recovery of damages, fees, and administrative costs
